• High tide on the North Sea beach is around 1 hour earlier
• Low tide is on average six and a quarter hours after High tide
• Spring tide is two days after Full Moon and two days after New Moon
• Neap tide is one week after Spring tide.
• Difference between High and Low tide is approx. 1.25 m.
