Description
In the most northerly village, near the lighthouse we have a nice facility to stay the night. It concerns two rooms for a maximum of 5 people. You have a large guestroom at your disposal with tv/dvd player and a kitchenette. The rooms have single beds size:90x190 cm. There is a seperate shower and seperate toilet. You also have a washingmachine and dryer at your disposal.
The beds are made for you and hand- and teatowels are present.
At the rearside there is a small terrace with 2 gardenchairs, from which you have a view on naturereserve De Roggesloot. A true paradise for birdlovers.
In de Cocksdorp you will find several restaurants. If you take a walk out of the village you will get to the Waddendijk from wich you have a lovely view on the Waddensea. The Northseabeach is also very accessible ( 2km ). The lighthouse is worth a visit. A trip to Vlieland with "de Vriendschap" is possible.
In the village there is a small PLUS supermarket. You can do your shopping here.
