Description

The house is located at about 1,5 kilometers from Den Burg, De Waal, the forest and nature reserve Waalenburg. Behind the house there is a large sheltered garden with garden furniture, outside kitchen, two large trampolines and a small one, ping pong table and an extra volleyball/ football field. There is a private car park for 7 cars. Bicycles , tandems  etc. are free to use.

At the ground floor there is a large living room with two separate seating areas, hearth including wood, two televisions, dvd player and video, electric drums, PS2, Wii station including games. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric gourmet set, 2, 4 burner stoves, two fridges with freezer.
On the ground floor is one toilet, bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin and a bathroom for disabled with toilet, wash basin and shower chair. The ground floor is ITS classified for a maximum of six people in a wheel chair. Washing machine and dryer. There are three bedrooms ( 2x double and 1x triple room ). At the first floor there are six bedrooms ( 2x double and 4x triple rooms) all with single beds ( 80 x 200 cm ).
There is one toilet, one bathroom with shower jets and toilet, one bathroom with whirlpool and shower, one bathroom with toilet, shower and infrared sauna.
There is an attic with games, football games, fitness devices, sun bed, cd’s,  video tapes,  dvd’s and books.

We rent out the group accommodation per weekend, midweek or per week. If you would like to stay 11 nights, mo/fr, you will get an extra discount. Arrival is from 14.15 hours, departure at 10.15 hours. If you book for a weekend, you can stay until Monday 10.15 hours. If there are no new guests arriving on the departure day, you can use the bicycles the entire day and stay in the house the rest of the day and evening. The last ferry to Den Helder leaves at 21.00 hours. During the period November-April you can book 1 or 2 nights extra at the last minute, for a low rate.

The price for a weekend is 1300 -1500 euro’s. Midweek 800-1200 euro’s. Week 1800-2300 euro’s. The lowest prices are charged during November until the end of March, except during the holiday periods. The supplement from the 16th person is € 18,- per person per night. Cleaning costs € 100,-.

Gas, water, electricity, wood, use of bicycles etc. is included in the price. Bed linen is for rent for € 3,50 per person.
