Cosy room with two separate beds and wash-hand basin on the first floor. Private bathroom in the hallway two steps from the room.Your hosts serve breakfast with products from Texel and can give you much information about the island. The guestrooms have theire own style, inspired by the nature of Texel. We can receive a maximum of 8 persons in our guestrooms (see also 0036)when available. You can also combine a guestroom with one of our appartments (0037 and 0038). The rooms are facilitated with a variety of amenities. Each of them has central heating, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a television, a private safe and seats. We offer free Wifi. The ample breakfast, served between 08.00 and 09.30, is included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Klif 1 offers 4 guestrooms (with breakfast) for 2 persons (0036) and two appartments: the 4 persons appartment Anna (0037) en the 2-4 persons appartement Tim (0038). This makes it possible to book a combination of guestroom(s) and appartment(s)! Klif 1 was originally a farm and it is located in the centre of Den Hoorn. A "protected village sight" with old barnhouses. In the village you will find several Restaurants and a supermarket. The North Sea beach is only at 2 kilometers. Nearby lay the bird sight seeing waters called De Petten and a little further the nature parks De Geul and De Hors. An Eldorado for ornithologists. Klif 1 is a non smoking accommodation. It is possible to suit arrangements to your request which we can combine with local events.
