Minicamping Weilust

Description

If you are looking for peace, space  and  enjoyment, come to mini campsite Weilust.

Our campsite is located on a small sheep farm where every year in March and April the lambs are born.  Maybe , if you are in luck,  one is born during your stay. By the end of May, the beginning of June the sheep are sheared.

The campsite is located next to the farm and has 10 plots fitted  with electricity. There is a central water tap on the field. Around the campsite there is a tree girth which gives shelter from the Texel wind, so you can enjoy the sun shine. The cars can be parked at a separate field so there is enough space for the children to play.

For the children there is a swing, large trampoline, large karts and a small kart, small tractor, sand pit and lots more.

The toilet building is renewed in 2012. There are two toilets, two showers, 1 lockable washing room with wash basin and two wash basins with cold water in the public room.

Next to the toilet building there is a separate room with two places to do the dishes, the microwave and fridge/ freezer. For a fee it is possible to use the washing machine. There are books to read for adults and children, and you can by a map of Texel or walking- and cycling routes. In this new part you can enjoy the view on the dunes while you are doing the dishes.

From 2012 you can use Wifi on our campsite for a small fee.

Because we have sheep farm, there are no dogs allowed on the campsite.
