Texel Birdwatchingcenter...A unique location...
Close to the beaches of the North-and Waddensea, the dunes and beautiful naturereserves at walkingdistance, about 1,5 km north of the village De Cocksdorp, and less then 500 metres from the sea. Located at a beautiful naturereserve, with pond and fruit trees, surrounded by tree girths, is this nice privat holidaydestination. Fitted with all sorts of comfort, peace and space. An ideal accommodation for groups from 12 untill a maximum of 18 people.
The accommodation...peace and space...
Located in the middle of the grounds is a building. The three holidayhomes are situated there with their own terraces and surrounded by a new garden. Right next to the holidayhomes the grouparea is situated with tables, chairs, a bar and reading tables. Fully fitted:a.o.: audio, kabeltv, dvdplayer, coffeemaker, waterkettle, fridges etc. The "Centre" is very suitable for a groupstay, sleeping accommodations are offered in the holidayhomes.The possibilities in these beautiful, natural surroundings are ample: familygatherings, friends reunions, trainings and company outings. In the holidayhomes everything is on the ground floor, with a living room /open plan kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with two bunkbeds. The homes and grouparea are spacious, practically and homely decorated and fitted with all sorts of comfort. Particularly families enjoy using our beautiful location!!

The groupaccommodation is suited for a group/familystay of about 12 upto 18 people. So the accommodation has 3 Bathrooms ( Showers and Toilets) , 3 Bedrooms with 2 - singel beds and 3 Bedromms with two bunkbeds. A minimum stay of two nights is required. If wanted, for example with a small group, it is possible to rent the accommodation without use of the grouparea. Please ask for a specified calculation of prices.
The prices are indicated for a weekend ( 2 or 3 nights) or a midweek up to 4 nights. Arrivalday is friday or monday.
