Bookings not necessary
A double-decker ferry leaves from Den Helder every hour .The crossing lasts only 20 minutes; bookings are not possible and not necessary. Crossings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday offer reduced fares. Take a look at their site www.teso.nl. The fare for a pedestrian return ticket is only € 2,50.
The boat leaves Texel on the hour and Den Helder on the half hour; the first boat to Texel leaves at 6:00 a.m. on weekdays and the last boat leaves from Den Helder at 9:30 p.m.
