We are a Real Estate Agent that has more than 30 years of experience on Texel. Our office is located on a good-to-reach sight on the Westside of Den Burg (turn-by-9) with sufficient parking space.

Owner Jan Duin is a registered Real Estate Agent and Assessor RMT, who’s member off the 3 Chambers of Expertise of VastgoedCert: housing/SME, Corporate Real Estate and Agricultural Real Estate.
Employee Peter Visch has been working for over 5 years as a qualified real estate agent, after graduating the HEAO in Groningen, and after working a few years at major Real Estate Agents in other part of the Netherlands.

We are dealing with valuations, buying and selling of real estate, residential (recreation) real estate. Our core values are integrity and expertise. Through continuing education, we keep our level of expertise up to date. We customize and are flexible.
