Bungalow near the center of De Koog
Entrance, large kitchen/diner with complete kitchenware, including a 4-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven, extractor hood with lighting, and a filter coffee maker. Both bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, thermostatic shower faucet, extractor fan, makeup/shaving mirror, large mirrored cabinet, and electric heating. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a smart TV with Ambi-light and sound system, and a beautiful infrared heating panel. Bedroom 1 has two box-spring beds, two pillows, and two single duvets, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (the master bedroom) has two box-spring beds, two pillows, and one double duvet. The room is air-conditioned for both cooling and heating. A cot can easily be added. If you book a cot, sheets and blankets are included. There is a large communal terrace with furniture. There is also a small covered heated terrace with furniture and a bicycle shed with a power point for charging bicycle batteries.

Our bungalows are ideally located just outside the center of De Koog. All the fun and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity within walking distance, but not the noise. On the edge of the forest and only 5 minutes away from the beach with various beach pavilions that are open all year round for a meal or snack / drink. Good cycling and walking paths and public transport facilities within walking distance.
Location
This modern bungalow is quietly located on the edge of the center of De Koog, on the west side of Texel. You can walk straight into the cozy Dorpsstraat with plenty of shops and restaurants. The seaside resort borders an extensive dune area, forest and farmlands. It is an excellent base to discover Texel nature: the nature reserves De Nederlanden, De Muy and De Slufter are nearby. The North Sea beach is only a 5-minute walk.

Special about this accommodation
You have access to a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The master bedroom and kitchen are air-conditioned. There's also a bicycle shed with power. The covered terrace is heated. One additional parking space is available on-site. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. To ensure a pleasant holiday for all guests, we have a number of clear house rules. Smoking is not permitted in the bungalow. Smoking is allowed in the large communal garden. Pets (including visitors) are not allowed. The sanitary facilities are exclusively for the use of the accommodation's tenants. All forms of (noise) nuisance are prohibited. Parties are not permitted. Young people under 18 are only welcome if their parents are present. Accompanying children under 3 years of age should be booked as: "Baby as an additional person" and/or children under 13 should be booked as: "Child as an additional person." The cot includes blankets and sheets, and the extra cot includes bed linen (bed size 100 x 190 cm). This will be placed in the kitchen/diner. Double bed linen is suitable for the master bedroom (king-size bed). Single bed linen is suitable for the small bedroom (two single beds).
