-upstairs: two bed rooms, one with two single beds which can be put together and a smaller bed room with a single room and pull out bed.
If you do not rent bed linen, you can bring it yourself.
The double bed ( 1.40 x 2.00 m ) has one mattress and two single duvets.
The beds in the bed rooms upstairs all have single duvets and mattresses.
Beautiful detached farmhouse, only 500 mtr from one of Texels most unique scenery De Slufter and De Muy. The farmhouse is situated on 10.000 sqm, surrounded by trees and bordered by several farm-lands. The farmhouse is called De Heerlijkheid which you may reach via a concrete road, 200 mtrs from the Slufterweg.
De Heerlijkheid offers 3 spacious corner apartments, eachwith their own garden of appr. 400 sqm. The gardens all have lovely natural hedges of trees and plants to snsure your privacy. You may park your car at the entrance, so the children will not be bothered by the cars and they can play and wander around freely.
There is lots to see and do for the children.
Between the villages of De Cocksdorp and De Koog (only 4 kms from the farmhouse) you can hike or take your bicycle and enjoy the sights. It is only a 30 min. walk to the beach/sea through a beautiful countryside. You can rent a bike or enjoy the local cuisine, respectively 250 and 500 mtr. from the farmhouse.

9.8 - Auf jeden Fall wieder . Wie nach Hause kommen.
Alsdorf, April 2018Keine Unterkunft von der Stange. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Herrliches Grundstück mit Ruhe ,traumhafte Lage. Einfach toll und wie nach Hause kommen. Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal da aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Der Vermieter ist für evtl. Defekte immer ansprechbar. Aber war nie was.
8.8 - De locatie is super rustig, het is voor herhaling vatbaar. Vooral tijdens Oud en Nieuw voor onze hond.

Ammerstol, October 2017We hebben een heerlijk midweek in dit huisje gehad. Het is erg schattig ingericht. Alles was aanwezig. Het huisje is dichtbij het strand. Het is daar heerlijk wandelen. De eigenares waren zeer aardig en behulpzaam.

9.0 - Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Rotterdam, February 2017Het huisje ligt op een goede ietwat afgelegen locatie dichtbij de Slufter. Alle voorzieningen zijn dichtbij, maar niet op loopafstand. Het huisje zelf is ruimer dan wij dachten (genoeg ruimte voor 2 volwassenen, 3 pubers en 2 honden), goed schoon en perfect onderhouden. Het huisje heeft echt een fijn huiselijk gevoel en is van alle gemakken voorzien! De internetverbinding is niet altijd even sterk en als je in het donker aankomt bij de locatie is het wat lastig te vinden.

Schöneck, June 2016Liebevoll eingerichtete renovierte Wohnung in einem kleinen privaten Wald gelegen, sehr ruhig, windgeschützt mit Blick auf den Leuchttum von Texel und trotzdem Zentral (de Koog ist schnell mal mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen) - ein Traum. Ideal auch für Kinder, da der Garten riesig ist und jede Menge kleine Verstecke zum Spielen einladen. Die Besitzer sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher.

Zeist, May 2015Het appartement is liefdevol ingericht en schoon. De enorme hoeveelheid ruimte om het huis en de windstille ligging zijn een verademing. Toen wij er waren was er twee dagen windkracht 7.
