Bijenkorfweg 19 is located just outside the picturesque Oosterend on the east side of Texel. From the street you can walk through the picturesque streets with beautiful facades to the center. Around the church are some shops and restaurants. Various walking routes have been set out in and around Oosterend. Behind the dike you will find a small beach and the Wadden Sea. Within the dike lies the Vogelboulevard, a succession of small nature areas and a popular resting place for birds. The photogenic polder windmill Het Noorden is located in the area.

Klein, eenvoudig, maar compleet huis, een prima badkamer, super douche, grote tuin, 1 ouder slaapkamer bed ligt wat doorgezakt (kuil).
Tips from the host
Start from restaurant De Slufter and walk under the dunes towards Cocksdorp. You'll automatically reach Oorsprongweg (the "blind path"), where you can cross the dunes on the left to the "Diepe gat" viewpoint. From there, you can walk through the Slufter back to the famous staircase. Finish with a hot chocolate at restaurant De Slufter!
