Spacious open kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, and various coffee makers. Separate toilet. Three bedrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed with two single mattresses and a private balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine, and dryer. Second bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. Spacious, fully fenced garden with a heated private swimming pool at the front (available from May through September. Closed during the winter months), an outdoor shower, and a lounge area. At the rear, there is a Finnish sauna, BBQ, terrace, and lockable bicycle storage.

This detached holiday home with large garden and private swimming pool is located on the edge of the forest, on the west side of Texel. Surrounded by the nature of the National Park Dunes of Texel, with beautiful cycling and walking paths. The North Sea beach at Paal 17 is 2.5 kilometers away. Seaside resort De Koog is also 2.5 kilometers away. You will find plenty of restaurants, terraces and shops here. In the vicinity are museums, riding schools and an indoor swimming paradise.
