Detached bungalow with a large enclosed south-facing garden
The cozy living room features a smart TV and a wood-burning stove and opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors. There's a dining area with a cozy round dining table for four. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a SMEG refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, and a filter coffee maker. There are two bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed and a double mattress topper, the other with two single box-spring beds. One bedroom has its own sink. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The fully enclosed garden with a south-facing terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a private wood-fired hot tub. After a wonderful walk on the beach, you can relax there.

The small-scale holiday park De Parel has a fantastic location, right on the edge of the forest, which is part of the National Park Duinen van Texel. This vast forest and dune area runs from the southern tip to the lighthouse. You can enjoy extensive cycling, walking and horse riding. You can reach the North Sea beach within 10 minutes by bike. Both the seaside resort of De Koog (4.5 km) and the largest village on Texel, Den Burg (4 km) are nearby. Here you will find many shops, restaurants and terraces. There are various attractions in the vicinity of De Parel.

Special about this accommodation
Washing machine and dryer are available and there is a garden shed. There is ample parking space at the bungalow. Enjoy your 'own' beach house at Paal 15! If you have booked a stay, you can rent a beach house from approximately mid-April to mid-September. You are not allowed to stay overnight, but you no longer have to lug beach chairs, a wind screen and a parasol, because these are already included as standard. You can rent our beach house for a weekend, midweek, week or possibly per day. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

Introduce
We ( Marcel and Anousjka ) have been working in tourism on Texel for years. For some time now we have been running the Wulpenweid and the Bungalow Parel 162 on a beautiful piece of Texel. Making our guests feel comfortable and ensuring that they end up in a clean and tidy environment is the most important thing to do. We can therefore always be found in the yard, in our garden or with our animals to ensure that everything is in perfect order. Will you also come and visit us? Settle down on the Wulpenweid or on the Parel and experience it for yourself.
Tips from the host
In our immediate vicinity is the seal nature center Ecomare, beach pavilion Paal 17, eating farm Catharinahoeve, Brasserie Beers, Worsteltent and Bosq. Many cycling and walking routes start at our doorstep. Which is also very nice to cycle past the Texel companies and taste everything Texel has to offer.
