This semi-detached apartment is located behind the owner's house in the Eierland polder, in the north of Texel. The seaside resort of De Koog is about 5 kilometers from your holiday home. Here you will find cozy terraces and restaurants and beautiful shops. The most northern village, De Cocksdorp, is located at 6 kilometers . At 1.5 kilometers you will find the nature reserves De Slufter and De Muy, part of the National Park Duinen van Texel. There are many beautiful hiking trails. Tips from the host
Start from restaurant De Slufter and walk under the dunes towards Cocksdorp. You'll automatically reach Oorsprongweg (the "blind path"), where you can cross the dunes on the left to the "Diepe gat" viewpoint. From there, you can walk through the Slufter back to the famous staircase. Finish with a hot chocolate at restaurant De Slufter!
