Detached holiday home with lots of privacy in De Koog
The house features a living room with a sitting area, dining area, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a Sonos music system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, milk frother, and many other electrical appliances. There are three bedrooms in total, two with a double bed (160x200 cm) and one with two single beds (80x200 cm and 90x200 cm). There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, an additional separate shower, and a separate toilet. Enjoy the sheltered garden with a terrace and garden furniture. From the garden, you have access to Villapark Vogelmient, and next to the house is a playground with some play equipment.

The house has a spacious garden with lots of privacy due to a conifer hedge and trees all around. The lively shopping street with cozy restaurants, cafes and shops is only 300 meters away, as are the forest and dunes. If you walk a little further through the dunes, you will be on the North Sea beach (Paal 19) in 10 minutes.
