There is also a dining area. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single box-spring beds, a TV, and a safe. The adjoining bathroom has a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and vanity unit. There is a toilet in the hallway. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with two single box-spring beds and a TV. One of the bedrooms has a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a double steam cabin/shower, vanity unit, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. This villa has a 30m² conservatory with beautiful views towards De Cocksdorp. There is a south-facing terrace at the villa. Garden furniture is provided.

Location
Villa Park De Witte Hoek is quietly located in the northern part of the island. You will find the Wadden beach within walking distance. The extensive dune area, which starts practically on the doorstep, is part of the Dunes of Texel National Park. This runs from the lighthouse to the southern tip of Texel. You can enjoy cycling and walking. Within 10 minutes you cycle from De Witte Hoek to the lighthouse and the wide beach behind it. This is where the Wadden Sea and North Sea meet. The most northerly village of Texel, De Cocksdorp, is about 2 kilometers away. There you will find cozy restaurants and terraces, some shops and a supermarket. In the immediate vicinity are various attractions and places of interest, such as De Texelse Golf Course, Labora Ice Cream Farm, Waddenveer De Vriendschap, airport and paracenter.

There are two parking spaces at the villa and underfloor heating. One of the bedrooms has a sunbed, and a hairdryer is available in the upstairs bathroom. Texel is a vibrant island. There's plenty to do year-round: from unique sporting events and culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course, a visit to famous spots like the Slufter nature reserve, the lighthouse, and Ecomare is more than worth it. But there are many more places to discover.
