Comfort Double Room

A well kept room with air-conditioning, adequate for the shorter stay. It comes with a small double bed; we rent out the Comfort as a single room and also as a double. Everything you could wish for in a hotel bedroom is available. The space arrangement is practical. Besides the box-spring bed there is a desk and a small sitting area. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The room is perfect if you only want a room for the night, with the use of all the hotel’s facilities, like internet and the two restaurants.

The Hotel

The building, dating back from 1891, combines an authentic atmosphere with modern facilities. Take some time out and let the real pleasure begin.

The Rooms
The rooms in Hotel De Lindeboom breathe nostalgia. Every room has a unique layout, formed by the contours of this historical building. It is stylishly decorated with warm colour accents, giving the rooms a classic charisma.

It goes to say that all modern facilities are standard. Individually regulating air-conditioning, free broadband internet, a colour TV with alarm radio, box-spring beds and key card system with dimmer switches create a comfortable stay. Extra luxury can be experienced in the hotel rooms with bubble bath, steam shower cabins and private sauna.

Location of Hotel De Lindeboom
Hotel De Lindeboom lies in the heart of Den Burg, the largest place on Texel. As soon as the shops open there is life on the streets. The centre has clothes shops and even a Hema (general store). There are also smaller shops to discover with an interesting array of goods. On market days the main square in front of De Lindeboom is buzzing with life. Many people who live on Texel and tourists enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace. During the evening Den Burg breathes peace and has a good atmosphere. De Lindeboom is known for attracting culinary lovers.

The Brasserie
The Brasserie, with her sunny conservatory, is a culinary meeting place for hotel guests, inhabitants of Texel and tourists. You will quickly feel at home with the wonderful hospitality. The doors are open the whole day for breakfast, lunch and dinner or for a delicious something in between. Our tip: taste the homemade tart with “Ervaring” (Experience), the house liqueur from De Lindeboom. 

Drink and Spice room 't Schoutenhuys 
On the spot where the schout (sheriff) ate with his companions, is now a characteristic restaurant. The modern kitchen provides a glimpse to the VOC history.  The chefs use a range of spices from the East. Eating in the ‘t Schoutenhuys is a definite adventure. We serve the greatest dishes, sized down. “Taste and experience Texel” receives a new dimension.

Parking facilities
Our hotel is located in the beautiful historical center of Den Burg and therefore we have not enough private parking places available to serve all our guest.
