The kitchen has various built-in appliances and an extensive kitchen inventory including a toaster, orange juicer, hand mixer. The downstairs bedroom has a double box spring combination with a top mattress. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom with a spacious shower unit with hand and rain shower plus sun shower. Shower chair is available on request. Separate toilet with fountain, accessible from both the hall and the bedroom. On the top floor there are two double bedrooms with two box-spring beds and a French balcony. Two of the three bedrooms have a smart TV. The second bathroom has a bath with whirlpool function, separate shower cabin with hand and rain shower, double sink and toilet. Small technical room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies is also available. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. Spacious garden lined with sleeper fence, afforestation, dikes and dunes. The garden is almost completely enclosed. Terrace (west facing) adjacent to the house with garden furniture and sun beds.
