Detached holiday home with large garden located in the forest. The living room has a sitting area with fireplace, TV and radio and has sliding doors to the garden. There is a dining area and open kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms; 1 with a double bed (160x200) with 2 mattresses and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a garden with terrace surrounding this holiday home. Garden furniture with cushions and parasol are available. There is also an outdoor fireplace visible in the photos, but unfortunately it cannot be used. There is an extra storage room with washing machine and dryer. There is room for bicycles under a shelter.

The small-scale Bungalow Park Gortersmient is located on the edge of the forest, on the west side of Texel. You can walk straight into the forest from the park. This is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park, which runs from the southern tip to the lighthouse. An extensive network of cycling, riding and hiking trails runs through this vast nature reserve. The beach is 10 minutes by bike. The largest village of Texel, Den Burg, is 3.5 kilometers away and the seaside resort of De Koog is 4 kilometers away. In the area you will find some restaurants and attractions.
