You can regulate the climate in the room yourself with the air conditioning and underfloor heating. The suite has a private bathroom with a rain shower. The suites are dog-free and not equipped for children or babies. You share the front door, the staircase and the veranda in front of the house with the permanent residents. There are no other common areas.
