Location

This detached holiday home is located on a farm on the outskirts of Den Burg. This is the largest village on Texel and has by far the most facilities. Within 5 minutes you cycle into the cozy village center with a mix of well-known retail chains, special shops, many restaurants, a cinema and terraces. The fantastic North Sea beach is 7 kilometers away. In the immediate vicinity are beautiful cycling routes through the countryside and towards the Hoge Berg and Oudeschild. You can also enjoy walking in this cultural-historical area with tuunwallen (traditional partitions between plots) and sheep fines. The Duinen van Texel National Park is located on the west coast, with an extensive forest and dune area.

Sprookjesachtige locatie. Prachtige tuin. Ligging perfect. 10 tot 15 lopen naar centrum.

Prachtige locatie, landgoed is heel bijzonder, met overduidelijk veel liefde aangelegd! Het leek wel een sprookjesbos. Heel leuk dat er dieren zijn. Gastheer is heel vriendelijk. Huisjes kunnen een update en wat liefde gebruiken; meubilair en keuken zijn verouderd. Badkamer beneden heeft geen raampje en geen afzuiging, wat wel een must is. Voor 8 personen is het wel krap. Wij misten ook een instructiemap met algemene info. (afval, tv, was doen?) Al met al hadden wij een prima midweek.

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
