The B&B rooms are located on the first floor. Each B&B room has its own private bathroom with a rain shower and toilet. The three B&B rooms share a common area where you can make coffee and tea, have breakfast, or play games. In the common area, you can store your groceries in the cupboards. The common area, with a refrigerator, cozy dining tables, and a countertop, is shared with the two other B&B rooms. Please note: this is a B&B, so cooking is not permitted. You can, however, heat up food in the oven or microwave. Prefer more privacy? You can also have breakfast in your own room or outside in our garden.

Location
The newly built house is surrounded by meadows with horses and other animals and is located just outside Den Burg. The village center is 1.5 kilometers away. In the cozy center you will find nice shops, restaurants, historic buildings and terraces. The village is located at the foot of the Hoge Berg nature reserve, the oldest part of Texel. In this green area you can walk or cycle between typical Texel garden walls and sheep pens. The extensive National Park, with various nature reserves, is located on the west side of the island. The wide North Sea beach is 6 kilometers away. The Texelhopper stops in front of the door.

Special about this accommodation
Breakfast is not served but there is milk, coffee, tea and fresh eggs available. A covered bike shed is available for your bike(s). You can also charge an electric bike here. There is also the possibility to charge your electric car. The house is completely environmentally friendly built with lime hemp (ensures good insulation and a healthy indoor climate) This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. Introduce
We are David & Leonie, both Texel natives and have been living in this beautiful place since 2013. In 2023, we replaced our old house with a beautiful new house in which we built a lovely apartment for our guests. David is a veterinarian and loves DIY and Leonie runs the horse boarding stable that we have at home. We would be happy to welcome you to our new house, possibly with your horses. For the horses, you can contact Leonie. You can charge your car at one of our private parking spaces.
Tips from the host
Fancy a few days away? You can do that with us on Texel. Enjoy our island by bike, or take beautiful walks. Both the forest and the beach are easily accessible from here. Ideal for a short holiday with your own horse, which is more than welcome with us. You can ride fantastically on the beach here and the riding and walking paths in the forest are clearly indicated with signs. In addition to our B&Bs, we also rent out a luxury apartment, in which a pet is allowed. Without dogs and horses, you will also be in your place here. If you leave our building via our back entrance, you will quickly reach your car and you do not have to pass the horse stables. For your bike, we have a beautiful covered bike shed where you can charge the bikes for your next day of cycling!
