The Waddendijk is a few minutes by bike from your camping spot. The cycle path over the dike takes you past nature reserves Ottersaat, Wagejot and Utopia. On the dike at Oosterend is the Iron Cape, a fireless beacon from the mid-19th century. Behind the dike - between Oosterend and the fishing village of Oudeschild - is a small surfing beach.
