Unique spacious Farm Lodge on the grounds of Hoeve Vianen

Entrance, living room, spacious sitting area with flat screen TV and garden door to the private terrace with garden furniture and lawn. A spacious country-style open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle is adjacent to the dining area. On the ground floor there is also a toilet with sink, separate bathroom with shower and sink. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with two single beds, a second toilet and bathroom with shower and sink. On the second floor is the sleeping loft with four single beds and a third toilet.

Hoeve Vianen is located in the Eierland polder, in the northern part of Texel. The special nature reserve Hogezandskil is practically on the doorstep. The nature reserves De Slufter and De Muy, both part of the National Park Dunes of Texel, are a short distance away. The nearest beaches are pole 28 and pole 33 on the North Sea coast. The authentic village of Oosterend is 4 kilometers away. The distance to the northernmost village De Cocksdorp, where you will find a PLUS supermarket, is approximately 6 kilometers.

Special about this accommodation

For young children there is a large green playing field (with swings, slide, sandbank and go-karts) on the farm's grounds. Barbecues are available for a cozy barbecue that can be used freely at the accommodation. There is plenty of garden in the yard to do activities or just relax on the grass. Bicycles can be rented (in advance) online and delivered to the holiday address. The bread service and central laundry can also be used. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

Een fijn ruim vakantiehuis.

De ligging is prima wanneer je alles met de auto doet. Op de fiets rijd je vanuit het huis steeds een flink stuk op de autoweg, met jonge kinderen is dat niet ideaal. Om het huis heen is wel een fijn speelterrein voor de kinderen.
