Genoten van het centraal gelegen ruime appartement dat van alles voorzien was wat je nodig hebt. De tuin met het vrije uitzicht op de weilanden was heerlijk. Het erf zelf had nogal onderhoud nodig, het buitenterrein en de speeltoestellen lagen er wat onderkomen bij. Het gehele erf staat al een jaar te koop en de eigenaar leek niet echt gemotiveerd meer, maar ondanks dat zeer vriendelijk. De schoonmaak verdiende wat meer aandacht. Ontzettend veel muggen in en om het huis.
