Holiday home is the center of the village near the North Sea beach
Living room with modern furnishings, corner sofa with TV and dining area and an open kitchen. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a luxurious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200) and bathroom en suite, bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200). Bedroom 3 is located on the second floor and is a box bed of 180x200. All bedrooms have a smart TV with Netflix. Outside is a terrace with a picnic table.

Location
The holiday homes are located in the pleasant seaside resort of De Koog, on the west side of Texel. You are directly in the center with many nice shops, supermarket, bakery, butcher, terraces and restaurants. Thanks to its convenient location at the foot of the dunes, you can walk from your house to the vast North Sea beach in 5 minutes. The Duinen van Texel National Park borders the seaside resort with beautiful nature reserves, making it great for cycling and walking. In the vicinity of the holiday home at our other location you will find our private wellness for ultimate relaxation, museums, riding schools and an indoor swimming paradise.
