Living room with modern furnishings, corner sofa with TV and dining area and an open kitchen. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds (180x200). One bedroom has an extra sofa bed for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have a smart TV with Netflix. There is a terrace with a picnic table.

The holiday homes are located in the pleasant seaside resort of De Koog, on the west side of Texel. You are directly in the center with many nice shops, supermarket, bakery, butcher, terraces and restaurants. Thanks to its convenient location at the foot of the dunes, you can walk from your house to the vast North Sea beach in 5 minutes. The Duinen van Texel National Park borders the seaside resort with beautiful nature reserves, making it great for cycling and walking. In the vicinity of the holiday home at our other location you will find our private wellness for ultimate relaxation, museums, riding schools and an indoor swimming paradise.

Leuke locatie voor het beach-house, the toegang tot het dorp is 100meter en zo ook de doorgang van de duinen naar het strand. Als house 1 bezet is met kinderen dan merk je dat wel, in de ochtend.
