Cozy apartment in the picturesque village of Den Hoorn
This cozy apartment is located on the street side of Klif. The living room is attractively furnished and has a sitting area for three people and a dining table with three comfortable chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher and magenetron. The simple bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also located on the ground floor. Via a somewhat steep staircase you reach the floor with two bedrooms. The bedroom on the left has a double bed (two box springs) and a wardrobe. The room on the right (children's room) has a single bed (1.80), a baby bed and a sink. At the front of the apartment you can use a cozy sitting area.

Location
Klif 1 is located in the center of picturesque Den Hoorn, the most southern village of Texel. Typical of the village are the cozy, picturesque streets, beautiful buildings and the famous Reformed church with the white tower. Within ten minutes you are on the bike at the beach of the North Sea. The extensive dune area at Den Hoorn is part of the Dunes of Texel National Park with an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails. In the vicinity you will also find the De Geul nature reserve and De Hors sand plain. Den Burg, Texel's largest village, is 5.5 kilometers away.

Introduce
We, Maarten and Marianne van Velzen, came to live on this beautiful island 20 years ago and are still happy with that decision. In 2016, after 14 very successful years, we decided to sell our "baby", restaurant Freya in Den Burg, and to look for a new adventure. A long search through half Europe for a suitable tourist accommodation ended in, you guessed it. al, Texel! The name; 'Klif 1 Apartments & Studios' in Den Hoorn, the beautiful south of Texel. Since we have been on our beautiful island for several years, we can provide you with ample information and whisper tips and service is very important to us. In short, here in Klif 1, on the edge of the Duinen van Texel National Park (3 km from the North Sea beach), you can enjoy the beautiful things in life Worth a trip, we think so!
