This five-person holiday home has a living room with seating area and dining table. In the living room there is a steep staircase to the floor where there are 2 bedrooms. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and a combination microwave. On the ground floor there is a single bedroom 90x200cm and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with sink, one with 2 single beds 90x200cm and one bedroom with a double bed 140x200cm. There is a stair gate. The garden is completely fenced and has a garden shed and terrace with 3-position chairs.

This semi-detached holiday home is quietly located behind the owner's house, on the edge of lively Den Burg. The village is the 'capital' of Texel: about half of Texel residents live there. From your holiday home you can walk to the pleasant center with nice shops, good restaurants and supermarkets within 10 minutes. Every Monday morning you can visit the weekly market on Groeneplaats in the center. The Molenkoog public swimming pool is located on the other side of the village. There is a cycle path just a few meters from your holiday home, allowing you to explore the island in all directions. North of Den Burg you will find the Waalenburg polder. A beautiful walking route runs through this area with old creeks and flowery grasslands. The wide and extensive North Sea beach is 5.5 kilometers from your holiday home.

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
