Attractively furnished guesthouse with free use of the outdoor kitchen. Private entrance, living room with kitchenette (with large refrigerator with freezer compartment and combination microwave with convection oven), dining and sitting area, box spring bed (1.60 x 200) and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a rotating Smart TV (including Netflix) with many Dutch and German channels. A workplace/desk has also been considered. As soon as you step outside, there is a terrace with seating ... sheltered south-facing, with beautiful panoramic views. You can also sit comfortably at the picnic table or on the lounge sofa!

Location
Maria's Hoeve is located between the village of Den Hoorn and Den Burg, on the west side of Texel. The area is rural and you have a panoramic view over the meadows. The Texel Pine Forest is 1 kilometer away. There are several viewpoints spread throughout the forest. The Fonteinsnol lookout tower is one of the most famous lookout points. Beautiful walking and cycling routes run through this green area, part of the Dunes of Texel National Park. From Maria's Hoeve you can cycle to the wide North Sea beach within 10 minutes. The villages of Den Hoorn and Den Burg are about 3 kilometers away. You will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and terraces there. There are several farm shops in the area.

Tips for your stay
Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
