Luxurious modern villa with heated pool quietly located near Den Burg
Through the hall of the villa you enter the living room with a sitting area with a (LED) fireplace, large LCD TV, DVD player and radio / CD player. There is also a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combi microwave with grill function and fridge / freezer with ice cube dispenser. There is a bedroom with a double box-spring bed and LED TV. Adjacent is a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, washing machine and dryer. There is a separate toilet. The top floor has three bedrooms with box-spring beds. One of the rooms has an LED TV. The extra bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and toilet. This villa has a large garden with a terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Bungalows Meyertebos have a rural location, just outside Den Burg. This is the largest village on Texel and centrally located on the island. The center of Den Burg is 1.5 kilometers away, with nice shopping streets, terraces, cafes and restaurants. The smallest village of Texel, De Waal, is 2 kilometers from Meyertebos. The North Sea beach is about 5.5 kilometers away. Its central location makes this an excellent starting point for your trips across Texel.

Special about this accommodation
There is a sauna for 4 persons upstairs and a lockable bicycle shed with power connections next to the villa. There is parking space in the yard. There is also a charging station for electric cars. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

Important to know
You can use the heated swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) in the garden, together with other guests and the owners. The pool has a descending depth of 1 to 2 meters. The pool is open from late April to early October and has a minimum temperature of 28 degrees. The pool is open as long as weather conditions permit. The use of this is at your own risk. Children are only allowed to use or come near the pool under the supervision of parents. Young people up to the age of 21 are welcome if the parents are present for the entire rental period. The facility is for 6 people. In consultation with the owners, it is possible to make the bungalow available for a maximum of 8 people at an additional cost.

Introduce
We wish you a warm welcome to our beautiful yard, in a rural location, just north of Den Burg. I was born here and enjoy the contact with our guests. Many guests have been returning for years and I am really looking forward to that. Meeting new guests and the resulting new friendships is a motivation for us to make your holiday even more enjoyable.
Tips from the host
Our tip is to at least bring bicycles or rent bicycles on the island. Texel is so beautiful. We believe discovering by bike is the right way to fully enjoy our beautiful island.
