The modern living room has a sitting area with TV. There is a dining area with a dining table for 5 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and various coffee makers. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom is equipped with 3 beds. All bedrooms have single box-spring beds. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower and large sink. The toilet is located separately. The living area is directly connected to the terrace by means of a sliding door. The south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture. The spacious garden (1000m2) is sheltered by trees, fully fenced and equipped with a playground equipment. The bicycle shed has an electrical connection to charge the e-bikes. Washing machine and dryer are available in the hall. Children's furniture can be rented for a fee. Free WiFi. Smoking is not allowed. Two parking spaces on site.

This detached holiday home is in a rural location, between the seaside resort of De Koog and the polder Waalenburg, on the west side of the island. Nature lovers can indulge themselves here. A beautiful walking route runs through the polder with old creeks and just behind your holiday home is the Waalenburgerdijkje, a beautiful cycle path over the old dike and around the polder. North of your holiday home you will find the beautiful nature reserves De Nederlanden and De Muy. You can enjoy hiking in these areas. Behind the dunes, 3 kilometers from your holiday home, lies the wide and expansive North Sea beach.
