There are two entrances where you enter the large living/dining room with two wood stoves, spacious sitting area, two TVs and a spacious dining area. There is a double mirrored kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, two convection ovens, a double induction hob, a large fridge, a Quooker, a coffee maker and an extensive kitchen inventory on each side. In addition, there are two additional living rooms with a kitchen and sitting area. There are a total of five entrances and each entrance has a spacious hall, toilet and a spacious bedroom on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and the fifth and sixth bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has a TV, a spacious wardrobe and a private bathroom with wellness shower, sink and toilet. All rooms have two single box-spring beds that are made up for you before arrival based on the number of people. The beds can be hooked up as a double bed. There is a private terrace with garden (via patio doors) with patio furniture. The house is situated on a beautiful estate, surrounded by trees and bordering meadows.

Location
Group and hotel villas Nieuw Leven is located in the countryside, just outside Den Burg and centrally on the island. Within 5 minutes you can cycle to the cozy center of Den Burg. In the center streets you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and terraces. In the immediate vicinity there are beautiful cycling routes that take you across the island. The North Sea beach is half an hour by bike. The National Park Dunes of Texel is located along the entire west coast. Beautiful cycling and walking routes run through this protected nature reserve. There is a walking garden and a communal ecological swimming pond on the site, which can be used free of charge. You have ample parking space with the option to charge your cars electrically. You can use rental bikes or public transport Texelhopper.

Special about this accommodation
On the first floor of each entrance there is a sauna and whirlpool. The beds are made for the number of people you have booked with. On the first floor in the villa there are 3 saunas and 3 whirlpools. You can complete your stay by using the grocery service, rental bikes or a fully catered breakfast, BBQ or even a home cook. On the estate there is an ecological swimming pond and a walking garden of 1 hectare and a charging facility for electric cars. Children can play on the swing and trampoline on the grounds. There are chickens, guinea pigs and a rabbit on the estate. In the kitchen there are coffee and tea facilities and a filled fruit basket with mint water ready for you. There are Texel nuts, chips and various wines and there is a large refrigerator filled with drinks and beverages that are paid for on the basis of a subsequent calculation. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

Important to know
Nieuw Leven is located on the edge of Den Burg in a quiet and natural environment. Fireworks, loud music and open fires are not allowed. The ground floor room is wheelchair accessible but there are no support bars or adjustments. Aids for the elderly or disabled can be delivered via the Omringwinkel. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. The villa is smoke and pet free (with the exception of assistance dogs).

Team Nieuw Leven
Introduce
Nieuw Leven is a family business where we grow up and live together with three generations. In 2017, we took the step to completely rebuild the accommodation. Sustainability, service, care orientation, personal approach, fitting on Texel, peace, space, nature, luxury, quality and professionalism are central to this. “Grandpa Eelman” built the farm in 1928. Traditionally, boarding guests were received in the house, in addition to the farming activities. Around 1965, the first groups arrived who, as soon as the cattle came out of the barns, could sleep on fresh hay in the farm. In 1967, son Paulus took over the helm. Although the farm was continued, the accommodation became more professional. (Bunk) beds were added and the accommodations for groups were adapted to the times. When the farm activities were stopped in 1986, the focus shifted to the guest house. Many groups such as schools, families and associations have stayed at Nieuw Leven and had an unforgettable time. A few years ago, son Martijn, his wife Hendina and daughters came to live at Nieuw Leven and joined the company. Because the accommodation no longer met the requirements of this time, the choice was made to build a completely new one. Hospitality and hospitality is a profession and is in the family's genes. Tips from the host
Nieuw Leven is located along a walking route called "het boerenommetje" where you walk through the land of our neighbors. If you prefer cycling, you can also come to us. We have a number of rental bikes in storage on behalf of the bicycle rental company. On a clear night, you can really admire a fantastic starry sky here
