This very luxurious Villa Park is ensconced in the charming and peaceful surroundings just outside of De Koog, at the edge of the forest. Beautiful walking and cycling routes pass by the park, the forest is in the back garden and the beach, dunes, riding stables, swimming paradise and tennis courts are only a stone's throw away.

By way of introduction

Gerard and Ria Zoetelief launched Villa Verhuur Texel 15 years ago. Both had their own very clear roles: Gerard built the villas while Ria was responsible for furnishing them and renting them out. "Over the years, our daughter Jetteke and son Gerbrand and their partners Casper and Christine have come on board too. Together, we are the Zoetelief family". Jetteke: "Like my brother, I was born on Texel. I live with Casper Schiphort and our two children, Sophie and Thomas, at the reception for Waddenstaete in De Koog.
