Modernly furnished holiday home with a spacious enclosed garden
Entrance, spacious bright living room of over 60m2, which has a sitting area with TV and a fireplace. There is also a sitting area with dining table for 6 people and a spacious open kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge-freezer and various coffee makers. There are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with 2 single box-spring beds. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other two bedrooms are on the first floor and both have a sink and a TV. There are 2 neat bathrooms. On the ground floor there is one bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink. The second bathroom is on the first floor and has a bath, walk-in shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet on the first floor. Through the sliding doors you enter the lovely sheltered garden from the living room, which is located on the south. The garden is completely fenced and garden furniture (several seats) and a parasol are available.

Location
The holiday homes at 't Stappeland are quietly situated on the edge of De Koog, on the west side of Texel. Within 5 minutes you can walk into the pleasant centre of the seaside resort. You can go shopping, have a drink on a terrace or visit one of the many cafés and restaurants. The extensive North Sea beach can be reached by bike within 5 minutes. De Koog is surrounded by nature. On both sides you will find the National Park Dunes of Texel, a protected nature reserve with beautiful cycling and walking paths. In the immediate vicinity are museums, riding schools and an indoor swimming paradise.

Tips from the host
Texel is a vibrant island. There is plenty to do all year round: from unique sporting events and culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course, a visit to famous places such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare is more than worth it. But there are many more places to discover.
