The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, cooktop, extractor hood, (combi) oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Quooker. On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, including a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet with a small sink and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer. A staircase leads to the upper floor. On the upper floor, you will find two spacious and bright bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning. There is also a second bathroom with a whirlpool tub and vanity. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Outside, there is a large garden with a well-maintained lawn and a sunny terrace, where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings in complete privacy. The house has on-site parking, including a charging station for two electric vehicles.

This detached holiday home is located on the outskirts of Den Burg, the largest village on Texel. Within 10 minutes you can cycle into the cozy village center with a mix of well-known retail chains, special shops, many restaurants, a cinema and terraces. The fantastic North Sea beach is 8 kilometers away. In the immediate vicinity there are beautiful cycling routes through the fields and towards the Hoge Berg and Oudeschild. In this cultural-historical area with garden walls and sheep barns you can also enjoy walking.
