This 6-person villa is equipped with a private swimming pool! Through the hall you enter the living room with sitting area, dining area and large smart TV. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, dishwasher and coffee maker. From the living room you have access through the large glass sliding doors to a lovely terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers. There are three bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a private bathroom. Two bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The third bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. In the basement of this design villa you will find the third bedroom. Special: You have a private indoor swimming pool in the basement. Here you will also find a steam shower and sauna and you also have access to a second terrace with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers.

Location
Villapark De Koog is located on the edge of the seaside resort of De Koog, on the west side of Texel. Opposite the park is the forest and dune area of the Duinen van Texel National Park. Dozens of walking and cycling routes run through this vast nature reserve, which runs from the lighthouse to the southern tip. The well-known nature reserve De Slufter is 5 kilometers away. The lively center of De Koog is about a 5-minute walk away. Here you will find plenty of shops, terraces, cafes and restaurants. In the vicinity are various attractions, such as museums, riding schools and an indoor swimming paradise. From the villa park you can cycle to the North Sea beach in 5 minutes.

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
