The open kitchen, located at the front of the holiday villa, is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas hob (5 burner), kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a (filter) coffee maker. The washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board with iron can be found in the adjacent utility room. You go to the first floor via the open stairs. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bright bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The master bedroom has 2 single beds and a sofa bed (suitable for children). This bedroom has a second TV (with Blueray player). The French doors provide access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms also have 2 single beds (can be separated if desired). 2 cars can be parked in the driveway of the holiday villa. At the end of the driveway there is a small wooden shed. Through the French doors you enter the terrace and the garden. The holiday villa is separated on the left and right side with conifer hedges (for your privacy), the front and back garden consist of grass, and in the back garden there is a spacious terrace with a garden table and chairs and a parasol with two sun loungers. The garden borders a ditch.
