Living room with seating area, TV, and sliding doors to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso machine. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet on the ground floor. Via the fairly steep stairs, you reach the 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Large garden with a south-facing terrace with garden furniture. Picnic table in the garden. In the spacious garden, a nice spot in the sun or shade can always be found.

From the living room, you can look out over miles of the Texel countryside, with horses grazing peacefully in the meadow next to the house. The large, secluded garden offers plenty of privacy and space to relax or play together in the greenery. Within minutes, you're in the woods, and a fifteen-minute bike ride takes you to the beach at Paal 15 or 17 for a refreshing dip or a long walk. For a lively atmosphere, shops, and restaurants, Den Burg (1 km) and De Koog (4 km) are nearby, but here you'll experience peace, space, and a true island feeling.
