The modern living room of the detached holiday home Lammetje is equipped with a smart TV and wood stove. There is a dining area with a dining table for six people. The living room is directly connected to the terrace through the sliding doors. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, Senseo machine and a filter coffee maker. The house has a large spacious bedroom on the ground floor with a private bathroom and toilet. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom on the first floor has a bath, walk-in shower and a sink. There is also a separate toilet in the hall downstairs. This holiday home has a sunny garden with a southwest-facing terrace. Garden furniture and a parasol are available. You can also make free use of our wellness garden with Barrel sauna, Jacuzzi and lounge area with fire pit, which you can reserve in blocks of 2 hours with the owner. The wellness garden has a unique view, in the spring the lambs jump past and in the evening you can even see the light of the lighthouse.

Wulpenweid
The Wulpenweid is very centrally located between Den Burg and De Koog. The location on the edge of the forest is ideal if you want to cycle or walk. The beach at Paal 17 is a 10-minute bike ride away. The yard is very quietly located and you can completely relax here with many amenities within easy reach. We have a unique Wellness garden on our property that you can use for free in blocks of 2 hours. The wellness garden has a barrel sauna, Jacuzzi and a lounge area with fire pit. The view is unique of the lambs in the spring and in the evening you can see the light of the lighthouse shining from the jacuzzi. You can reserve this with the owner in blocks of 2 hours when booking or during your stay.
Location
Wulpenweid is rurally located on the west side of the island, close to the National Park Duinen van Texel. You have an unobstructed view over the fields and you can walk straight into the forest. An extensive network of cycling and walking routes through the entire National Park starts here. The extensive North Sea beach is 3 kilometers away. The seaside resort of De Koog is 4 kilometers away. Here you will find various restaurants, terraces, shops and supermarkets. In the vicinity are various attractions, such as museums and viewpoints.

Special about this accommodation
The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. The ground floor is wheelchair-friendly, without thresholds and with door widths of 90 cm. A washing machine and dryer are available. There is a private parking space. The beds are made as standard and there are mosquito nets for insects. For children there is a playing field with a play equipment, trampoline and a seesaw seal. You can also use the "Fietsenboetje", a closed shed for bicycles including electricity connection. On the lawn there is a Barrel sauna for communal use with a panoramic view over the Texel countryside. This holiday home is sustainable and energy neutral due to the use of solar panels, a solar boiler and extra insulation measures. There is also a charging station for electric cars for communal use. Enjoy your 'own' beach house at Paal 15! If you have booked a stay, you can rent a beach house from approximately mid-April to mid-September. You are not allowed to stay overnight, but you no longer have to lug around beach chairs, a windbreak and a parasol, as these are already included. You can rent our beach house for a weekend, midweek, week or possibly per day. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

Super mooie plek
Beste gast fijn om te horen dat u het naar het zin heeft gehad, helaas hadden wij een stormachtige wind uit een bepaalde richting waardoor de zekering van de zonnepanelen er uit was gegaan. Dit is meteen verholpen. Zodoende heeft mevrouw de wellnesstuin die avond even niet kunnen gebruiken…. De rest van het weekend was deze gewoon ter beschikking maar heeft u er geen gebruik van gemaakt. . Met vriendelijke groeten team Wulpenweid

Introduce
We ( Marcel and Anousjka ) have been working in tourism on Texel for years. For some time now we have been running the Wulpenweid, a beautiful piece of Texel. Making our guests feel comfortable and ensuring that they end up in a clean and tidy environment is the most important thing to do. We can therefore always be found in the yard, in our garden or with our animals to ensure that everything is in perfect order. Will you also come and visit us? Tips from the host
In our immediate vicinity is the seal nature center Ecomare, beach pavilion Paal 17, eating farm Catharinahoeve, Brasserie Beers, Worsteltent and Bosq. Many cycling and walking routes start at our doorstep. Which is also very nice to cycle past the Texel companies and taste everything Texel has to offer.
