The modern living room is equipped with a smart TV and a gas fireplace. There is a cozy dining area with a dining table for 6 people. The living area is directly connected to the garden room. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment with 3 drawers, an oven, an induction hob, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a Senseo machine, a Nespresso machine, and a filter coffee machine. The house has a large, spacious bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180x200), and a private bathroom with a very spacious walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds. The beds are made up as standard. The upper floor has a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the downstairs hallway. This holiday home has a sunny garden with a beautiful garden room and a large south-west facing terrace. Garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, and a parasol are available. The garden is completely enclosed.

Wulpenweid
The Wulpenweid is very centrally located between Den Burg and De Koog. The location on the edge of the forest is ideal if you want to cycle or walk. The beach at Paal 17 is a 10-minute bike ride away. The yard is very quietly located and you can completely relax here with many amenities within easy reach. We have a unique Wellness garden on our property that you can use for free in blocks of 2 hours. The wellness garden has a barrel sauna, Jacuzzi and a lounge area with fire pit. The view is unique of the lambs in the spring and in the evening you can see the light of the lighthouse shining from the jacuzzi. You can reserve this with the owner in blocks of 2 hours when booking or during your stay.
Location
Wulpenweid is rurally located on the west side of the island, close to the National Park Duinen van Texel. You have an unobstructed view over the fields and you can walk straight into the forest. An extensive network of cycling and walking routes through the entire National Park starts here. The extensive North Sea beach is 3 kilometers away. The seaside resort of De Koog is 4 kilometers away. Here you will find various restaurants, terraces, shops and supermarkets. In the vicinity are various attractions, such as museums and viewpoints.

Special about this accommodation
The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. A washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room. Free Wi-Fi is available. For children, there is a play area with playground equipment, a trampoline, and a rocking seal. There is a locked shed for your bicycles, including an electrical connection. There is also a charging station for electric cars for communal use. All windows are fitted with roller blinds. The Wulpenweid Wellness Garden is located on the grounds. Before or during your stay, you can reserve 2-hour time slots per day to relax and make use of the barrel sauna and/or jacuzzi. If you have booked a stay between mid-April and mid-September, you can rent a beach house at Paal 15 in addition. You are not allowed to stay overnight, but you no longer have to lug around beach chairs, a windbreak, and a parasol, as these are included as standard. You can rent the beach house for a weekend, a midweek stay, a week, or even per day. You can make arrangements regarding this on-site with the landlord. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. 'ZoTexels' is a network of private accommodations where guests can savour the authentic flavour and hospitality of Texel.

We ( Marcel and Anousjka ) have been working in tourism on Texel for years. For some time now we have been running the Wulpenweid, a beautiful piece of Texel. Making our guests feel comfortable and ensuring that they end up in a clean and tidy environment is the most important thing to do. We can therefore always be found in the yard, in our garden or with our animals to ensure that everything is in perfect order. Will you also come and visit us? In our immediate vicinity is the seal nature center Ecomare, beach pavilion Paal 17, eating farm Catharinahoeve, Brasserie Beers, Worsteltent and Bosq. Many cycling and walking routes start at our doorstep. Which is also very nice to cycle past the Texel companies and taste everything Texel has to offer.
