Daily until June 30 2022 Exhibition with abstract work by Texel artists; Judith Ploegman and Anouk Alkema, photographs by Heleen Vink and a variety of paintings by the Teeva (Texel's only real free academy) with portraits, landscapes etc. by Jack Betsema, Dinus Bol, Greet Bruin, Trudy Grootjen, Marja Keijser, Tineke Nijman and Dirk Terpstra. Entrance is free. Times: Open daily from 10 am to 6 pm.

This church is well hidden: from the road you have no idea that there is a church on Diek. This is due to its history, De Vermaning was built as a hidden church for the Mennonite congregation. Access through a secret gate The gate of Diek 11 gives you access to the path that takes you to the church. The church is hidden behind a row of houses and in the backyard of Diek 11, as it were. Exhibition space The church is no longer used for services of the Baptist congregation. It is now a place where exhibitions and activities are organized.
