The Maartenhuis is a living and working community at De Koog, for people with a need for care as a result of intellectual disability, psychological problems, acquired brain injury and/or intensive personal care. Residents Just behind the dunes, surrounded by the beautiful Texel nature and just outside the town of De Koog, lies the Maartenhuis, an AWBZ-recognized institution on an anthroposophical basis with the functions Stay (Living) and Supportive and Activating Guidance (Daytime Activities).
