Rebooking rules

  • Your booking was made on 25 November 2020 or afterwards via VVV Texel for a participating accommodation. In the offer on the website of VVV Texel you can see in advance which accommodations are participating. Participation is also stated on your booking confirmation

  • A negative travel advice in the country of origin must be stated on the appropriate official government website

  • The stay booked by you can be rebooked in the same accommodation free of charge after acceptance to a date no later than 1 year in the future from the planned arrival date.

  • You can only submit your request to rebook free of charge from 7 days up to and including the day before the arrival date of your booked stay. You must pass on your request to VVV Texel 1 working day before the planned arrival day via

  • Your planned stay must be 100% paid before we can process your rebooking request

  • Your request will be assessed by VVV Texel in consultation with the owner of the accommodation you have booked as soon as possible.

  • Your free rebooking is approved after written notice from VVV Texel.

  • Rebooking can only take place based on availability

  • Depending on the new date of your stay, any additional payment must be made based on the cost of the stay during the rebooking period you have chosen. There will be no refund

  • Free rebooking of a booking is allowed once. If you wish to rebook or cancel the same booking at a later time, our regular travel and cancellation conditions apply.
