Culinary publicist Annette van Ruitenburg and Sabien Bosman of STAAL organize a special dinner on the farm in collaboration with Schapenboerderij De Waddel. A three-course harvest menu of the products from Schapenboerderij De Waddel is served. Products such as quince, duck, lamb, cheese, nuts, mushrooms and vegetables from your own farm are on the menu. A vegetarian menu can also be served. If you want to make use of this vegetarian menu, please inform VVV Texel.
Tip: bring a warm sweater. Specifically for this evening is eaten in the converted stable.
Where: Schapenboerderij De Waddel, Westergeest 4, Den Burg.
Start: 6 pm.
Costs: 25 euros, including welcome drink.
