Discover what makes the De Slufter salt marsh area so special. From the salt-tolerant plants to the animals you will encounter in this two-hour walk. The northern part of De Slufter is closed to the public, but under the guidance of the Staatsbosbeheer guide you can still enter. There is no path; you just wander through the area. The guide knows the way and tells you about the history of the area along the way and introduces you to salty plants such as samphire and sea lavender. You also cross a (shallow) gully on the way, so boots are handy. Or just take your shoes off in good weather!
Organizer: Staatsbosbeheer Texel
