Pastorie De Waal also takes care of your catering, tailor-made. We cook and deliver the food where you want it. No location is crazy or we can make a concept for it. In consultation with Wessel, the chef, you also determine the menu. He is at home from many markets. For years he cooked for the crew at home and abroad and cast on film sets and for special parties in people's homes. Cooking for 20 to 350 people, every day different, from the world cuisine ... always choice of meat, fish and vegetarian, with warm vegetables and salads, rounded off with delicious desserts. Wessel also knows how to use diets. Wessel cooks in a very simple way: What you see is what you get with fresh, honest products, organic and Texel wherever possible. Specialty is the homemade bread in various types.
After 20 years of cooking for customers, Wessel is happy to share his cooking experience with you. Prepare a meal together under the supervision of the chef.
Would you like to learn bread baking, prepare fish or make a really tasty vegetarian dish, or all this during one workshop? Would you like to get to know the Texel products, Texel Lamb, cockles, cranberries, and prepare and eat the salty vegetables? Or with different diets, still cook good food? Then register as a group for a cooking workshop at Wessel. After three hours of intensive work, we go to the table together to taste everything we have prepared. Workshops are also offered tailor-made, for 4 to 12 people, for example as a team outing. You can indicate in advance what you want to pay attention to, then we will put together a menu that matches this.
The costs for a workshop vary. From bread baking workshop € 50, - per person including 1 glass of wine at lunch- to a chic seven-course dinner Texel 'product for € 85, - per person including 2 glasses of appropriate wine with the food.
If you consider the cooking workshop as a company outing, we can also take care of your complete package including transport.
