The cottage has a living room with a two-seater sofa, dining table and Smart TV and an open kitchen with 4 induction hobs, a Nespresso, toaster, combination microwave and a fridge with freezer. The separate bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm, two single mattresses) and an 'en-suite' bathroom with sink, toilet and a walk-in shower with rain shower. Everything on one floor. Through French doors you reach your terrace with seating and parasol and a private enclosed garden (approximately 40m2).

This holiday home is located on the edge of the center of De Koog, on the west side of Texel. You can walk straight into the cozy Dorpsstraat with plenty of shops and restaurants. The seaside resort borders on a vast dune area, forest and farmlands. It is an excellent base for discovering the Texel nature: the nature reserves De Nederlanden, De Muy and De Slufter are located in the area. You can enjoy walking and cycling on the wide path from De Nederlanden to De Slufter. You can cycle to the vast North Sea beach within 5 minutes. You can rent bicycles in the village.
