The authentic thatched dome Anja Hoeve is located in the countryside between Den Burg and Den Hoorn. Just 1 kilometer from the Dunes of Texel National Park. Beautiful cycling and walking routes run through this vast nature reserve, with dunes, woods, salt marshes and heaths. From Anja Hoeve you can cycle to the vast North Sea beach in 10 minutes. Den Burg, Texel's largest village, is 4.5 kilometers away. Here you will find an extensive range of shops, restaurants and terraces. The artist village of Den Hoorn is 3 kilometers away.

Anja Hoeve is connected to the fiber optic network and therefore has a good and fast internet connection. Digital TV reception via fiber optic. Welcome to the Anjahoeve on Texel. We are washed up on Texel as the Texel people say. Albert came to Texel as a small man and when we stood in front of the Anja-Hoeve in 2004 we fell in love immediately. For 16 years now, we have been welcoming our guests with great pleasure and try to let you enjoy our Hoeve and Texel in a relaxed and casual way.

Tips from the host

Vistas and viewpoints on Texel By far the best known and most visited viewpoint on Texel is of course the lighthouse, in the north of Texel. But you will find great alternatives near our accommodations! In the immediate vicinity are three viewpoints that offer you a fantastic view of the open landscape in the area, the forest and dune area and the beautiful village of Den Hoorn. So definitely take a look at the bunker at Loodsmansduin, De Fonteinsnol at the Rozendijk and Kampeersnol at the Turfveld in forest De Dennen. Undoubtedly many oooh's and aah's and beautiful pictures for the (digital) photo album!
