Residence Californië is a quietly located four-star apartment complex on the west side of Texel, near De Koog. The apartments are located on the edge of the forest area, which is part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. Several of the cycling and walking routes through this protected nature reserve start practically on the doorstep. Within 5 minutes you cycle to the vast North Sea beach (1.5 km). Seaside resort De Koog is about 3 kilometers away. In the cozy village center you will find plenty of shops, terraces, cafés and restaurants. In the vicinity of Californië are several attractions and places of interest, such as museums, riding stables and an indoor swimming paradise.

War schon oft dort! Und bin auch jetzt wieder sehr zufrieden

Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit des Appartements und auch die Lage ist perfekt! Nur das Zimmer zum Flur hin sollte eine bessere Belüftungsmöglichkeit haben, so dass man das Fenster mal öffnen kann. Aber alles in Allem top! Meine Eltern waren das erste Mal dort und waren auch sehr begeistert!

We waren aangenaam verrast door ons verblijf. Als moesten we even "aanpassen" aan een 3-hoekige eettafel én 3-hoekig salontafeltje. Maar op zich geen probleem :-) De locatie, zo vlak bij het strand én in de zeer dichte nabijheid van Ecomare, is gewoon top !! De accommodatie was zeer netjes. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en we komen ooit nog wel eens terug naar Texel !!!

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
